Nakia D. Hood, ShoNuf, has finally realized that a movement doesn't have to be advertised.  The revolution starts in your heart, and must manifest in your daily life.  He's refusing to just dream, and making a vow to himself to wake up to all his dreams and visions.  If you don't agree with him, it's probably because it wasn't your vision.  He compares it to giving birth.  "Nobody goes up to a woman and puts their hand on her stomach and says..., "Maybe you should have something else."  "So keep your hands off my baby LOL."  "Instead of saying what I want to do, keep an eye out." "I'm a real person, who will bring real things, to real people." Shannon Vick, Eric Cross, started poetry at the age of six years old and continued throughout his early teens however in 2001 he discovered that he had been called by God to reach a lost and dying nation through Hip Hop. Five years later he dropped his first solo project entitled "The Message" which awarded him Milwaukee's Holy Hip Hop artist of the year and was also featured in The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, MKE magazine, S.O.U.L. Mag and CCM magazine. Eric has also shared the stage with GMA Dove award winner KJ-52, Grammy nominated hip hop group The Cross Movement, Grammy nominated rap artist Pettidee, D-M.A.U.B., Soul-P, RedCloud, Kaboose, Japhia Life, Sean Slaughter, K-Drama, Under5ive, Lil Ash and many more. Eric Cross has also traveled extensively across the United states including Milwaukee, Chicago, Minnesota, Tampa, Miami, Atlanta, New York, Tennessee, North Carolina, Indiana and has made a major impact ministering and sharing God's unconditional love which has been embraced by people of all ages and nationalities.
